  • As many items are handcrafted or made of natural materials like brass, kansa, and phool metal, slight variations in color, weight, and finish may occur.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch or delivery of the product.

  • We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.

  • Any taxes or government levies will be added as applicable.

3. Order Confirmation & Delivery

  • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of full payment.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are shared during purchase; delays due to external factors (weather, transport issues, etc.) are not under our control.

  • Customers are requested to inspect packages at the time of delivery.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery.

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

5. Warranty & Repairs

  • Electronic items and appliances carry a limited warranty (if mentioned). Please retain the original bill and packaging.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or mishandling of products.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For custom-made or bulk orders, cancellation is not permitted after order confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, images, and branding on our website and promotional material are the property of Lavkush Bartan Bhandar and cannot be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Lavkush Bartan Bhandar is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the business is registered.
